Profile of the Talk
The talk will take us through the story of a 20th century iconic painting: Picasso's Guernica.

It will cover the history of the painting from its conception in Paris to its latest resting place at the  Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía in Madrid.

A large portion of the session will be devoted to the rife symbolism that permeates the work.

Dr. Georges Haddad

Dr. Georges Haddad is practicing neurosurgeon with an extremely wide array of eclectic interests including physics, music, philosophy and art.

Dr. Haddad has given two previous Music Club events at Karaz w Laimoon: "Bach's St. Matthew Passion" and "Bach's Instrumental Works - Fugues and Beyond".

He also gave a talk on the human brain, "The Ultimate Thinking Machine".
