The Talk:
Solving our problems is always a complex issue. However, it can be made to give results if problems can be classified into “types”. Once a problem’s type is recognized (and it might have more than one), it would be easier to resolve.

A suitable way to demonstrate the above is to classify puzzles (riddles) into 10 Types. In this presentation, Akram will present each of these types and support them by interesting puzzles. Knowing the type a puzzle falls into will allow you to solve it more efficiently. The audience will be given several puzzles to solve (under each type).

Akram Najjar
Akram Najjar is a graduate of AUB in Physics and Mathematics (1966). By 1969, he completed a degree in Electronic Engineering in University of Hertfordshire, UK. His professional life was spent in Information Technology and organizational management. Currently, he is a Business Technology Consultant and is active in the field of Management Training. Akram has also published several technical books (www.marginalbooks.com).

More interestingly for this talk, Akram has also published 4 puzzle books. Three of these contain riddles while the fourth contains logical card tricks (without deception or setup). These are posted on www.thehiddenpaw.com.
