The talk concentrates on the Secrets of Olive Oil and its enjoyment: what to taste in it, what is virgin olive oil and other components that will be exposed. Gaby will show us how to evaluate olive oil and indicate what the uses and misuses of production techniques are.

Gaby Beainy grew up professionally in the aviation field as a pilot and at 62, he is still flying. He has the perfection sense of a pilot and has applied it to his love for the production of Olive Oil. Next to flying he enjoyed himself by taking care of the olive grove that belongs to his wife in Bkassine. There he cultivates his olive trees and produces Olive Oil, mostly for internal production.
In 2007 Gaby and his wife decided to participate in the Horeca competition that gathered all the pros in the field. Their olive oil was elected to be the best produce of the year. Was it sheer luck? Of course not, as we will see.
