زكي ناصيف (1916-2004): سيرة فنية
 
تعرف الندوة المحطات الاساسية فًي مسيرة زكي ناصيف الفنية، انطلاقاً من طفولته في مشغرة ودراسته في معهد الموسيقى في الجامعة الاميركية الى مشاركته في تأسيس الليالي اللبنانية في مهرجانات بعلبك الدولٌية، وذلك بالاستعانة بنماذج سمعية من اعمال الفنان بالاضافة الى صور ومقابلات مصورة. كما تضيء المحاضرة على تعدد الانماط الغنائية والموسيقية التي عمل بها خلال مراحل فنية متلاحقة.
يتخلل الندوة قراءات من نصوص زكي يقدمها كل من ابنة اخيه دلال ناصيف والاعلامية امية درغام
 
 
The Artistic Legacy of Zaki Nassif (1916-2004)
 The presentation introduces the main milestones of Zaki Nassif’s artistic career, starting from his childhood in the village of Mashghara and his studies at the Conservatory of Music at the American University of Beirut to his participation in the establishment of the Lebanese Nights in the Baalbek International Festivals. This will be supported by audio and video samples from the artist’s works, photographs and interviews. The presentation also highlights the multiplicity of Nassif’s musical styles. The meeting features readings from Nassifi's texts, presented by his niece Dalal Nassif and journalist Umayyah Dergham.



Akram Rayess
 
Akram Rayess is a co-founder of the Foundation of Arab Music Archiving & Research (AMAR) and a member of the Management Board. He is also a Consulting Committee member of the journal Bidayat.
 

Akram is also a researcher in Ethnomusicology and a management consultant with interest in cultural development, music of the Levant, music theatre and archives. He has recently completed a master's degree in Public Policy and International Affairs at the American University of Beirut.

In 2006, he organized an interdisciplinary conference on the joint works of Fairuz and Ziad Rahbani and he later edited and published a dossier on Ziad in the Adab Magazine (2009/2010). In 2014, he co-edited and published, through AUB Press, an edited volume titled: "Selected Papers of Zaki Nassif."
